Check-in is from 14:00 until 23:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance. If you land early or fly late, ask about early check-in or late check-out; we help whenever the room is free, and luggage storage is available.

Send a request through our booking form or WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and your rate personally. You can also book instantly on Booking.com, where selected rates offer free cancellation and no prepayment. Guests show photo ID and a credit card at check-in.

Payment is taken at the property. Booking.com lists cash as the accepted payment method on site, and a credit card is requested at check-in as a guarantee. If you would like to pay another way, message us before you arrive and we will confirm the options available.

Yes. We organise private car transfers to and from Bandaranaike International Airport near Colombo and other airports in Sri Lanka. Send your flight number and arrival time by WhatsApp and we will confirm the price and driver before you travel, so someone is waiting when you land.

Yes, breakfast is included with every room and served daily from 08:30 to 10:30. It is a generous buffet of tropical fruit, parfaits, breads, pancakes and juices, with eggs cooked to order and fresh coffee. Continental, full English, American, Asian, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices are available.

Yes. Our on-site chef cooks lunch and dinner to order using fresh market produce, and special diets are catered for. Eat at the long communal table, beside the pool or in your room. Guests regularly mention the Sri Lankan curries, seared tuna and garlic prawns.

Yes. The outdoor pool is open all year round, with a sandy-style shallow end, arched cabanas with cushions and a sun terrace. Pool towels are provided in every room. It sits in the middle of the tropical garden, so there is shade and sun throughout the day.

Yes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and guests on Booking.com rate it 10 out of 10. Every room has a work desk, and several guests have worked remotely during their stay. If you need a quiet spot for calls, the team will suggest the best place at the time.

Yes, children of any age are welcome. Cots for children aged 0–4 are free on request, and extra beds for children aged 8 and over are US$20 per person per night. Guests aged 18 and over are charged as adults, and under-18s must check in with a parent or guardian.

Pets are not allowed, and the rooms are non-smoking. To keep the villa peaceful we don’t host parties, events or hen and stag groups, and quiet hours run from 23:00 to 08:00. Visitors who are not on the booking are not usually permitted, so please ask us in advance.

Yes. There is a dedicated yoga room open to the trees, and massages can be arranged on site, often on the same day. Sauna and ice-bath sessions are arranged at our family’s retreat a few minutes away. Ask the team or message us on WhatsApp to book a time.

Yes. We arrange trusted tuk-tuk drivers, day tours to Galle Fort and along the south coast, scooter and bicycle hire, and surf lessons for beginners. We agree the price with you before anything is booked, and payment is made at the property.

Unawatuna Beach is about 2.7 km away, roughly 7 minutes by tuk-tuk. Jungle Beach is 2.8 km, Dalawella Beach 3.1 km and Unawatuna railway station 1 km. We are in a quiet, green lane rather than on the main strip, so a tuk-tuk is the easiest way to reach the beach.

Galle Fort is about 6 km from Oura Spirit, a short tuk-tuk or car ride away. Many guests stay with us for a calmer, greener base and visit the fort’s ramparts, lighthouse, museums and cafés as a half-day or evening trip. We can arrange a driver for you.

Yes. Free private parking is available on site, with no need to reserve, and there is bicycle parking too. The property is gated with security on site around the clock, so cars, scooters and bikes are safe while you are out exploring or relaxing by the pool.
