About these terms

This website is run by Oura Spirit, 2794+458, Sri Mawatha, Unawatuna, Galle, Sri Lanka. By using it you agree to these terms. If you book through Booking.com, Agoda or another platform, that platform’s terms and the conditions of your chosen rate apply to your reservation.

Booking requests

• Sending our booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your stay is confirmed only when we reply to confirm availability and the rate.
• Prices shown on this site are sample rates taken from our Booking.com listing for a specific date. Rates vary by season, length of stay and availability, and the rate we confirm to you is the one that applies.
• No payment is taken on this website. Payment is made at the property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the rate you book and will be stated in your confirmation.

House rules

• Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00; check-out is by 12:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.
• Guests must show photo identification and a credit card at check-in.
• Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in rooms.
• Parties, events, hen and stag groups are not accommodated. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00.
• Special requests are subject to availability and may carry extra charges, which we confirm before arranging them.

Website content

We take care to keep information accurate, but details such as facilities, services and prices can change. Photos show the property and include images shared by guests. You may not copy the content or photos of this site for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
